Quality is below expectation
I bought this expensive LCD protector because I wanted the best quality product to protect my Canon XSi LCD screen. This LCD protector worked well until a few months later then it starts spill off one of its corner, then it get worse, much worse, and it isnot a re-used type.
And yes, I did follow the instruction when I put it on using the included finger-covers.
Bottom line, paid $15 with shipping for 4.5 months of protecting my DSLR screen, how much stars would you think for this product?

Protects my screen but lowers the contrast too
I like it. It works.

BUT...
It does add a bit of a haze to the image on the LCD screen. Of course this is not on the digital picture, just the screen, and once I got used to it I stopped caring so much, but for you purists you may want to skip a protector all together since they either mess with the color or add a hazy look.

The upside is that this does not mess with the color as far as I can tell. The colors are somewhat muted due to the hazy look of the LCD now, but relative to each other they look right. And who uses the little LCD to really judge accurate color anyhow?

I would likely buy this again for another camera if it was an option. I have tried a few cheaper solutions from local stores and been far more upset with the results than I am with this product. it is not perfect, but it does what it says it will, it protects my screen and does a reasonable job of letting the LCD image come through.

Plastic film - no real mechanical protection
While reading "TrueVue Crystal Clear Digital Camera Screen Protector" keep in mind this product is too thin to provide much protection beyond keeping finger prints off the LCD screen. The packaging, however, is very sleek and attractive. Package comes with two plastic finger protectors to facilitate placing the protective film on the LCD screen without getting fingerprints on the wrong parts. I followed the directions, but after two tries, still had air bubbles.
