Filled to the gills
I purchased this pack for a trip to South Africa and it turned out to be a good choice. You can fit an amazing amount of camera gear and accessories in this pack. I really liked being able to remove the right strap and turn the pack on its side and pull out my camera for a quick photo or two. I didn't want to be walking around with my camera dangling from my neck so this pack served me well. It was really heavy to lug around when traveling through airports since I packed it with 2 cameras and their associated items. However, I didn't have any issues getting it on the planes and putting it in the overhead compartment. If I was going to purchase the pack again, I think I would have gone with the bigger one, the 350. Even if you are not carrying a laptop, you can put magazines in the laptop compartment. Lowepro makes the best camera bags in my opinion and you can't go wrong with a Lowepro.

Perfect size for my gears without the bulk size
I'm using it for my 40D and 17-55 2.8 L IS lens plus the hood, accessories and 580 flash. All fits perfectly well and very satisfied with it. I carry it all the time and it is comfortable. I plan to purchase the 70-200 f4 L IS in the near future and I think it would fit just fine with it too.

Misleading Advertising
This is a good product overall, but I was very disappointed to find out that it does not have a waist belt. I did a lot of research to ensure whatever camera bag I got had a waist or chest belt to alleviate the weight that goes on the shoulders. The video for this product on Lowepro's website shows a "comfortable light-weight harness" as they call it. But after receiving the product I see that it does not have one. I contacted Lowepro and it turns out that the product video is for the whole Fastpack series and this harness is only available on higher models...no mention of this exception in the video or in the product description/specs.
