Customer Reviews

Works Perfectly with Sansa Fuze5
Of the FM Transmitters that I have used, either for Sansa products or others, this is one of the best. Two of the presets were unavailable due to stations, but the third works perfectly. Also, others have complained about having to turn the volume all the way up to have it work; this made sense as you often have to do that when hooking it up to different audio systems. However, I have only had to turn my Fuze 8GB to about 25% of the volume and it works great. Maybe the complaints were from users of older versions of the Sansa.

The product looks nice and works exactly as stated. Definitely worth the money.

Edit: Depending where I am in the city I do seem to pick up some interference with the unit. The music still plays fine, but once their is a pause, or if I mute it, you can hear the static. Thought I would add that on.

Sometimes it works2
When it works, it's great. However, be prepared that sometimes you will have to fiddle around for quite awhile to find a setting on your radio tuner that is neither a radio station nor has too much static. Plus, even if you find a tuner setting that works, it may not continue to work. There seems to be variation based on time of day and also with how much concrete you are driving between (as in on the highway or through construction). So, it's nice when it works, but I find myself not wanting to bother with it. I think I'm going to look for another option.

Works really good4
I've had this item for 3 weeks and I'm quite satisfied with it.
It works really well with my Sansa C250. As it being a recharger too, it's always nice to get something that does 2 things at once. The volume doesnt adjust though on my sansa when its plugged in.
I live in the Seattle area and found that the 101.X frequencies work best for my Scion. The styling is really nice with the blue LCD and the quality of it looks sturdy. I just left the cord tied up the way it came so it wouldn't dangle everywhere. My sansa just hangs next to the side of my seat almost like a remote control. It was very easy to set up. No need to read instructions. You just have to play around and find the best preset for you. Would give it 5 stars if the audio time was over 90 percent of the time static proof but right now its at about 85 percent no static depending on where I drive and what song I'm listening to. Also the quality and bitrate of your mp3's will determine the sound quality.
