Great deal!
I was hesitant to purchase an aftermarket battery, but it fits my Kodak Z1012 fine and really holds a charge! I got almost a full gig of pictures on a single charge. You can't beat the value!

Works perfectly
This works well in my Kodak Z1012 IS. And it is a much better price than the Kodak battery.

Don't get confused
Don't confuse this battery (DLK-8000 Equivalent) with the DLK-8000 made by Lenmar (which is KLIC-8000 Equivalent). It seems that all the positive reviews in this thread came from folks who bought the actual DLK-8000 battery, which is slightly more expensive than the DLK-8000 equivalent (listed product). So before you buy, make sure you differentiate between the two... That might have something to do with why some pple have problems with the battery being too tight etc...
