The best!
I got the kindle as a birthday present and I was unsure but once I downloaded my first book I was hooked! I am on my 4th book! My only thing I have a problem with is that the kindle does not have a built in light! Other then that I love it!

Christmas came early
I've already opened this year's Christmas present from my wife, the new Kindle. It's an amazing device, uploading books is instantaneous. The screen is so clear I've found myself trying to turn the page. It's a great way to read my Wall Street Journal on the way to work. I also received a Garmin GPS navigator, another technological wonder. Both are rather expensive but make up for it eco-wize. Like saving trees and economizing on gas.

Kindle Review
I love this reading device! I can not tell you how much I enjoy the "look up" feature. Words and their true meanings have always been interesting to me, this makes it so easy!! I also enjoy the ability to enlarge the print. I am reading "Pillars of the Earth" right now, I was in the book store and saw the book....my goodness the print was so small I really would not have bought the book simply for that reason.
Reading has reached a new level as far as I am concerned with the Kindle. Would love to see text books available. Every time I see a school kid walking home with a back pack as big as they are I think..if they had all their books on Kindle, it could fit in their lunch box!! Thank you.
