Works as advertised
Product works as advertised. The only issue, hence the four star rating, is that the retracting wheel is set coarsely so that intermediate lengths of cable settings vary quite a bit.
efficient, useful product
The retractable USB cable with alternative ports is extremely helpful since I have a number of USB activated devices. It saves wear and tear on the CPU because I've only plugged it in once and I can remove and attach any one of my devices at the distal end. Likewise, the retractable feature makes is easy to transport without tangling the cable.
good cable
this is a very good cable, i abuse it a lot and it still hasen't worn out. it is very high quality stuff for that price, and it is so much more convenient than having a wound up thick cable in your laptop bag. I only gave it a 4 though because it is not as long as it should be, i fully extended it and it only measures about 1 foot 8 inch not 2.6
