My husband needs to take a medication before meals that must be mixed with 3-4 ounces of water. We frequently eat out or are on vacation, which makes it inconvenient. Most restaurants will bring you water but it is often a huge glass, and usually has ice. This cup is just the perfect size to add the water and stir without it overflowing. The medication can be kept in the special area inside the lid. The whole thing is small enough to fit in his pocket or my small purse. You do need to dry it and let it air dry before putting it away. It is very well made and helps my husband be compliant with his medications. Also great for getting a "safer" drink from water fountains.

Great Cup
This is a great little cup. I especially love the fact that I can give my children and myself a cup of water without having to touch a water fountain surface. I highly recommend this!!
