doesn't fit older charger well
I bought this battery to replace the older one I had of the same style. For some reason, this battery does not want to snap into the charger I have that came with my orginal Kodak rechargable battery, although I can make it squeeze into it with a lot of pressure. If I had known that it would not fit the charger, I would have bought a battery/charger set rather than just the battery.

These batteries are working very well with our cameras. We are in a preschool setting so they get plenty of work.

GREAT BATTERY LIFE
I tried Kodak rechargable AA's and they were not any better than regular batteries... After purchasing three of the Kodak KAA2HR battery packs and the docking/charging base, I couldn't be any happier.

I get 2+ hours from each battery pack when using my camera in video mode. I'm yet to run out of battery life when shooting 12mp photos... have taken as many as 200 photos, without shutting off my Z1285, and still had plenty of battery power left. I think my camera would go for far more than 2 hours taking photos, with flash on one battery pack... These are GREAT ! Don't waste your time with regular rechargeables....
