don't last more than a few months
I bought an 8 pack of these 2500mAh for my fiance at Xmas 2007 for her new digital camera. For the first 4-5 months they worked well. Over the past few months they rarely hold a charge for more than 7-10 pictures. Have now read a lot of reviews on the very fast shelf discharge rate they have. Which explains why just recharged batteries sitting in the camera are dead in a day w/o the camera ever being used.
Do not buy these batteries.

great price on rechargeables
These batteries were a great price and were delivered to me in an extremely speedy fashion.
Not worth the time you spend charging them
In an effort to go more green, I decided to buy these batteries and their associated charger. For all intents and purposes, the charger seems to work very well, but these batteries are the worst. When I first bought the set about three months ago, I could charge the batteries and have them last for a very long time in my electronics. Now, I can fully charge them on one day, and by the end of the next day (in a remote control), they are dead. We're not even talking about a digital camera. I've used the same batteries in household clocks with the result of them dying after only 2 weeks. And forget about putting these things in a Wii-mote. I know that all rechargeable batteries discharge their energy over time, even if not used. But these Energizer rechargeable batteries seem to lose their energy faster than any other brand I've used. I would not recommend these for anyone looking for good rechargeable batteries. It can drive someone to not being green in this area.
