Mostly OK
You need a SERIOUS stand to hold a 43" reflector/disc with out tipping. Bring sand bags. Of course, this means the rig is much less portable/movable which is likely a reason you bought the thing in the first place.

It works!
This is an excellent product and works as advsertised. My only dilemna which was never been available on the internet is that this holder is longer than usual. It won't fit into an ordinary luggage unless of course if you have a golf bag with you on board the plane. I had that dilemna since I travel a lot and I got this from the US...this pc is considered one checked baggage already, so make sure you consider that if you purchase this and have plans to bring it home outside the US.

Great Reflector Disc Holder
I never tried before any "Photoflex" products, but from what i see now they do pretty good quality things. It's a great arm to use on any lighting stand, and hold your different sizes discs. Pretty good quality material, all metal. Don't seem like you are gonna break it any time soon.
Just get yourself also a counterweight bag, to use with this, in case you plan to make it hold 38"+ discs.
