Works Perfect With 
It's exactly what is advertised and works perfectly with my Manfrotto 725B Digi Tripod with Integrated Ball Head with Dove Tail Plate and Carrying Bag (Black). I keep the plate that came with the tripod on my Digital SLR camera and I keep the extra one I bought on my camcorder.
Not Horrifically Overpriced
I'm fairly new to videography, and I really resent so many of the ridiculously overpriced accessories one needs to buy. This quick release plate is not too overpriced, solidily made .... and worth the money.
I'd recommend it.
